Users can stake their TAO to receive sTAO, a wrapped liquid staked version of TAO on Bittensor EVM. sTAO increases in value over time relative to TAO by staking on Bittensor’s root network. Users can unstake their sTAO for TAO at any time.

Tutorial

Steps to stake TAO and receive sTAO:

1. Connect Your Wallet

  • Ensure your wallet is connected to Bittensor EVM.

2. Go to the Staking Section

  • Click “Stake” in the navigation menu.

3. Enter Amount to Stake

  • Input how much TAO you want to stake.

  • Click “Approve” to allow staking.

4. Confirm the Staking Transaction

  • Click “Stake” and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
